Resumo: Como criar o seu próprio emprego! Mas do que um intercâmbio, um curso de formação para combater o desemprego. Este projeto inclui seminários onde serão desenvolvidos casos práticos com o objetivo de motivar os partcipantes a criar o seu próprio posto de trabalho, ou então, a procurar o emprego que melhor se enquadra com as suas caracteristicas.

Objectivos: The project's objective is to examine the challenges regarding the youth unemployment in terms of further European development as well as the policies and the strategies that currently address it. Focusing on this, the project will assess the effectiveness of employment creation strategies, examine the vocational educational systems and their contributions for increased capacity of youth employment, review the policies's framework and the strategies for ameliorating the conditions for self employment and decent work.

Perfil: In General all the participants in the training course should be:
• people interested and active in the field of intercultural, civic and peace education from YiA Programme Countries
• youth trainers with years of experiences in non formal education
• representatives of youth organizations, involved in non formal education projects
• youth workers involved in educational youth projects
• youth activists involved in educational initiatives
• 18 years old and more.

Descrição: The project consists of a wide range of theoretical seminars and practical cases that aim to motivate the participants to create their own bussiness, find jobs and suitable realization. The trainings will be led by professionalists, experts, entrepreneurs, who will assist the participants to develop their bussiness skills. The project is meant to increase the participants' professional skills, which include the understanding of the entrepreneurship's inner structures and procedures, abilities for project management and organizational leadership skills, skills for multicultural team work, tolerance, understanding and dialogue. The knowledge generated will be used to make partner countries learn from each other on the ways and means of handing youth unemployment problem.
