Ultrapassar estereótipos e diferenças culturais é um dos principais objetivos deste intercâmbio que promove. ainda, empreendedorismo e criatividade.
Objectivos: The objective is to share experience and good practice about different methods and technics about socialization and integration of disadvantaged people.
Perfil: Our target group are young people (18-25 years old) who have interest in work with disadvantaged people, about their integration in our world, about different political decisions by our government for integration process and inclusion in society.
We plan in the formation of peer groups to participate an equal number of young, some of which will be disadvantaged / without parents, socially neglected by families, disabled and other indicators of the concept of characterizing disadvantaged people.

Project "MISSION POSSIBLE - SOCIALIZATION AND INTEGRATION OF DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE„ is a Multilateral Youth Exchange between Bulgaria, Italy, Armenia, Greece and Portugal which believe that by means of culture and manufacture of products of art will easily overcome stereotypes and cultural differences and will leave a lasting impression on each youth in their further development.
Participants will develop different competencies necessary for the labour market, learn a variety of techniques to develop creativity and entrepreneurship. Project participants from 5 countries will work together every day using the non-formal education methods.
The main activities planned for youth exchanges are: intercultural evenings, visiting cultural and historical attractions, interactive games, meet with local groups and musical groups, discussions on current youth issues, debates, musical games for self expression, creative activities acquisition of new knowledge and skills in art through drawing, modeling and working with wool / filtsovane / organizing exhibitions with their creativity and more. This will demonstrate the unifying nature of the different traditions, good teamwork and initiative of young people in solving the European policies. Together, working as a team, in an unconventional way to look for innovative approaches to solving these problems.
