Resumo: Our project aims to support youth engagement in advocacy and strengthen their understanding and identification with the European Union identity. Through non-formal and informal educational methods, we seek to empower young people to become active, informed, and influential members of their communities.
By focusing on advocacy and EU identity, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of European values, enhance key competences, and promote active citizenship. Participants will gain valuable skills in advocacy, public speaking, leadership, digital literacy, and critical thinking. These skills will enhance their employability and personal development, preparing them for future challenges in their academic and professional lives.

Objectivos: 1. The project seeks to enhance the advocacy skills and civic engagement of young participants, enabling them to effectively voice their opinions and influence policy decisions on multiple levels.

2. We aim to strengthen young participants’ understanding of the European Union’s history, values, and institutions, fostering a strong sense of EU identity and belonging.

3. We also aim to promote intercultural collaboration and understanding among young participants from diverse
backgrounds, enhancing social cohesion and reducing prejudices.

4. We aim to equip young participants with key competences and life skills, such as critical thinking, communication, leadership, and digital literacy.

5. Finally, we aim to encourage young participant to take an active role in their communities and promote social responsibility, encouraging them to contribute to societal well-being and sustainable development.

Alojamento: Rooms will be assigned based on gender but will be mixed in terms of nationality. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
will be provided on-site by the accommodation, as well as coffee breaks. Accommodation, food, and other project related
expenses are 100% funded by the Erasmus+ project.

Arrive date: 01/10/2026
Departure date: 09/10/2026

Travel budget: 395€

Perfil: - 8 participants + 1 team leader in each team
- Gender balance will be prioritized in participant selection.
- Previous Erasmus+ experience is not necessary, but motivation for learning and teamwork is essential.
- Active participation is required before, during, and after the project.
- At least a B1 level of English is required in order to take part in the project.

Leader:
- Be over 18 with no upper age limit
- Have previous experience with Erasmus+ projects and/or youth work
- Attend an online preparatory meeting before the exchange to ensure effective team support.

Material Necessário: Every participant should bring the following items:
- European Health Insurance Card or private travel insurance. One of them is mandatory to have for all
the participants.
- Foods and drinks that represent your country for the Intercultural
Night.
- Personal medications, vitamins, and any other essentials you may need.

While it’s not necessary for each participant to bring a laptop, please ensure that every team has at least one laptop available.
