Descrição: The central idea of our project is to design a comprehensive program that combines international mobility with the transformative approach of the Japanese concept of Ikigai — the pursuit of purpose and fulfillment in both personal and professional life.
Through interactive workshops, self-reflection activities, and intercultural learning, participants will explore their passions, talents, and values to identify what truly motivates them. The project aims to help young workers gain deeper self-awareness, improve their professional competencies, and find a stronger sense of direction and meaning in their personal and career paths.
By integrating the Ikigai philosophy into youth mobility, we seek to inspire participants to align their professional development with their life purpose, creating a positive impact not only on their careers but also on their wellbeing and contribution to their communities.
