Objectivos: The main objective of our project is to enable youth workers to acquire coaching skills and art connected tools and competences that will allow them to support young people individually and in groups.
Specific objectives of the project:
- training youth workers in learning coaching and creative art connected tools and techniques to more effectively manage young people (including young people with fewer opportunities);
- training youth workers in developing key competences (communication, teamwork, creativity, technological and entrepreneurial competences) to support young people in discovering different paths of education, development and later work;
- building a support network (community) of youth workers and other interested people and institutions;
- disseminating the project results through organised workshops for young people or other educators;
- improving the quality of work with young people in organisations partnering in the project;
- disseminating and promoting coaching tools and techniques through the Coaching Guide book;
- building a support network of youth workers and organisations that can support the quality of projects and
activities for young people in European programmes and beyond.
Methods which we will use:
*coaching: practicing presence as youth workers, asking questions, using different techniques for youth’s and self development;
*body movement;
*art connected tools;
*elements of art therapy;
*open sharings;
*outdoor & indoor educational activities
Alojamento: Zwardoń ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zwardoń) - a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rajcza, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in the Żywiec Beskids mountain range in southern Poland, on the border with Slovakia

Stay will be provided during the period of the TC in shared rooms and no exceptions will be made (2-3 people rooms)
The food will be diverse, but based on the Polish cuisine. We will accommodate allergies, medical conditions and committed life-style decisions BUT NOT personal preferences or things you are flexible with.
The closest airports are in Katowice and Kraków. Then you should take a train to Zwardoń.

Perfil: Age: +20
*You are a youth worker (or youth leader, teacher, coordinator, ESC mentor, NGO staff or similar position);
*Have up most 2-3 years of experience in youth work;
*You and your target group is represented by people who have a vulnerable background and fewer opportunities in life (eg. either facing social, geographical, economic obstacles –they live in isolated/rural areas, NEET, separated family, little access to education, etc.);
*Have curiosity and interest in how to work more efficiently with youngsters with fewer opportunities, you're open to learning new tools and develop a sustainable working method which supports in guiding the target group;
*Have a desire to participate in an intercultural environment and work with people from around Europe;
*You are motivated and committed to participate in all phases: preparation, the training and dissemination.
For Portugal the max. amount of reimbursement is 395 euro (also NO GREEN TRAVEL option).
