Resumo: The current state of our seas and rivers is a matter of urgent concern. With pollution, overfishing, and climate change threatening the delicate balance of marine ecosystems, it is crucial that we take action to protect these vital bodies of water. The health of our seas and rivers is not only essential for the countless marine species that call it home but also for the well-being of our planet as a whole. That's why this project has come to life - to unite the youth in the fight against sea and river pollution.

Objectivos: Our main aim in the project, which we will carry out within the framework of Youth participation activities, which is among the Erasmus+ goals, is to encourage the exchange of ideas and brainstorming among young people regarding the sea and river problem and to ensure that young people are informed about this issue. to gain experience and experience from young people, to encourage cooperation between countries with marine and river pollution problems, and to ensure that young people who do not have marine and river pollution problems contribute to2SShe project with the awareness and positive effects they have developed with the competencies they have gained from different fields.
Our main motivation for pursuing this project is to address the growing concerns of young people regarding marine and river pollution and motivate them to actively participate in solving this worldwide problem. Research shows that young people are seriously concerned about river and marine pollution and are ready to take action. For example, a 2021 survey of 8,000 Britons found that 94% of young people think people and oceans share a common destiny, and more than half rate the state of the oceans as bad or very bad. This shows how the public and young environmental campaigners are increasingly focusing on marine pollution. At the same time, rivers with important connections such as the Danube are also at risk of pollution. The Danube River causes approximately 48% of the pollution in the Black Sea.
The study also compares citizens' attitudes and concerns about marine plastic litter across Europe. Research on microplastic pollution in the Baltic Sea in Estonia draws attention to problems at the local level.

By encouraging the exchange of information and sharing of ideas among young people, we hope to help them find practical solutions to marine and river pollution. Encouraging young people to act as change agents and awareness raisers in their local and global communities is another key goal of our project.

Descrição: Our project is planned to enable young people who already have knowledge and experience on marine and river pollution to share this knowledge and experience with other participants. This sharing increases the participants' awareness of marine and river pollution, while at the same time providing an opportunity to learn from different cultural perspectives and develop various solutions to this issue.
Through the project's planned brainstorming meetings and podcast recording activities, participants will receive real-world experience in educating the public and fostering awareness about marine and river pollution. Participant development in critical thinking, cooperation, and communication is aided by these kinds of activities.
Following our project, participants will share their knowledge and expertise with their networks and communities, helping to effectively alter local and national environmental protection policies. This promotes civic engagement and community leadership among youth and aids in the mainstreaming of environmentally sustainable activities.
Our project's ultimate goal is to have a lasting effect on the young people who participate by giving them information and understanding of environmental issues, helping them develop critical social and professional skills, and helping them make positive changes in their communities.
Our activities will include:
+ Discussions and Brainstorming on Sea and River Pollution: Participants will discuss the causes and effects of pollution and exchange ideas on solutions.
+ Cultural Nights and Music Sharing: Events and music sharing that reflect the cultures of different countries will be held.
+ Information Sessions on Erasmus+ and Sustainability: Information will be given about the structure and opportunities of the Erasmus+ program.
+ Workshops on Creative Solutions Against Sea and River Pollution: Participants will develop innovative solutions to environmental problems.
+ Podcast Recording and Sharing Workshop: Participants will prepare and publish podcasts on environmental protection issues.
+ Workshops on Marine Pollution with Children: Interactive workshops will be held with children.
These activities will provide participants with knowledge and experience about environmental protection and offer the opportunity to learn from different cultures. Our project will encourage young people to take a more active and conscious role against environmental problems and help them produce sustainable solutions.
