Resumo: Thus, the project "Reinvent Yourself" will be focused on different activities:
- Ice-breaking dynamics and facilitating teamwork;
- Presentation of the sending organisations;
- Workshop to share good practices for youth empowerment through art;
- Study of existing youth policies in the European Union;
- Planning of new youth projects and initiatives;
- Evaluation and reflection workshop, non-formal work methodologies and learning styles;
- Youthpass Certificate Award Ceremony.

Alojamento: Participants will be hosted at the Hostal Goyesco Plaza, located in the city center, at Calle Vinagras No. 10, 10600 - Plasencia, Cáceres (here is the hotel website).
The breakfast will be provided at the hotel, and lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

Perfil: - + 18 years old
- Someone with experience in the Erasmus+ programme;
- Someone actively involved in the promotion and empowerment of young people in the socio-economic context of his/her country;
- An open-minded, tolerant, team-oriented, adaptable and entrepreneurial person;
- A coordinator of youth programmes using non-formal and informal working methodologies;
- Someone with empathy, who knows how to reach out to young people and create a positive and highly productive atmosphere of exchange;
- Someone linked to a youth organisation and/or a youth movement, as a volunteer, collaborator, trainee and with knowledge of youth policies and job opportunities for young people;
- Someone resilient, able to motivate the working group;
- Someone who can enrich the working group by teaching good practices of youth employment creation through Art.

Descrição: The project ReInvent Yourself is a making contact seminar, aiming at supporting young people in their personal and professional development, after the crisis of the COVID 19.
Youth workers who will participate in the meeting will study and share good working practices to encourage young people to "reinvent" themselves, valuing their artistic talents.
They will acquire non-formal work methodologies to be able to approach young people in their local community in an effective and productive way, which will allow them to accompany them in their personal and professional development through Art.
Another fundamental objective of the training course is to create a network between youth organizations committed to the same political-social issues.
