Resumo: The goal of this training course is to promote the importance of inclusion among youth workers and young people who are open to new learning experiences.
We would like give our participants a chance to enhance their empathy for different social and/or marginalised groups (e.g. people with fewer opprtunities, social and financial obstacles, sexual minorities), increase their sensivity and to provide them tools on how to reach out to them.
On this project, participants will have a chance to learn what methods to use to include people with different background and exchange best practises. They will have a chance to widen their horizons in social psychological phenomenons as well.
By the end of the project participants will understand their role in the society as citizens, and realize how to cooperate with others better. They will be richer with some communication skills, such as non-violent and assertive communication and active listening. All this will help their to help the mental health of their own and use these while working with youngsters.
They will also improve their youth work using new tools and knowledge and also their entrepreneurship to start being active in their local community including people from different backgrounds.
Alojamento: Pákozd is situated 50km from Budapest, in the direction of Lake Balaton, next to the Velencei-tó.
The venue offers many options: pingo-pong, foosball darts, badminton, volleyball, football, canoeing, garden chess and mill, jacuzzi, sauna.
There is wi-fi connection available.
There is a room for main activities, alongside with other rooms where participants can spend informal time together.

The organizer covers 100% of travel costs to the venue and back based on the agreed budget limit for each country. The tests ( if needed) will be refunded from the travel cost. The reimbursements will be done by bank transfer. After the event you will be kindly asked to post the originals back to us. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done up on full attendance o f the activities and presentation of the original travel tickets, boarding passes, receipts and invoices. The association will rent a bus because this is the easiest and least expensive and the safest way to reach the venue. The bus can transport the participants on 18 October from Budapest to Pákozd, and 26 October from Pákozd to Budapest (we’ll talk about it exactly where and when). This costs around 40 euros/person (total). This amount will be deducted from the amount of the travel cost. Therefore, it is important for everyone to arrive on in time on 18 October. This 40 euros is less than the amount what would you need in Hungary if you use public transport. Other tickets from Hungary not necessarily need to be reimbursed because we will take you with the bus, so you won't need public transport.
Participants are required to arrive to Budapest no later than 15:00 on 18/10/2022 and depart no sooner than 14:00 on 26/10/2022
