Resumo: The TC, through the NFE, will address migration, refugee reception, integration and social inclusion systems and other non-formal, academic, theoretical and practical knowledge about the migration phenomenon and how it can be used in NGOs' daily work with groups at risk of social exclusion composed of refugees and migrants.
The TC includes a strong "hands-on" practice and transfer of the acquired knowledge, put into practice through the NFE and implemented under the watchful eye of the trainers. The aim is to develop the skills and capacities of Youth Workers to support the inclusion of migrants and refugees in local communities to generate precise training techniques and facilitation of groups of participants that include migrants and refugees; support of reflection among participants on the different dimensions of migration; exchange of good practices in the youth sector related to international migration, mobility and its influence in Latin American and EU countries; promotion of extra-European cooperation among youth organisations that are in contact with migratory phenomena; development of new initiatives in the field of youth and mobility in the framework of Erasmus+, to support migrants and refugees in their social inclusion and integration.
Alojamento: Biancaneve Hotel, a nice hotel is surrounded by picturesque pine trees situated in Nicolosi, a charming town at the slope of the Etna Volcano.
The hotel offers a wide range of services. It as a comfortable meeting room, breakfast room, bar and swimming pool. It has rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom, free WI-FI.
The whole structure, apart from some rooms, is at the disposal of the Training Course's participants Beds are provided with sheets, while the bathrooms are provided with towels.
Meals
BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served as a buffet. It includes coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, fruit, jams, croissants, etc. In Italy, breakfast is generally "light-ish" and very sweet-oriented but it offers salty foods too.
LUNCH
Lunches will be served in Biancaneve Hotel with a wide range of traditional Sicilian/Italian foods. Meals will always include mixed vegetables, salads, bread and fruit.
If anyone is on a special food regime due to health issues or has special needs regarding his/her daily nutrition (gluten free food, no pork, etc.), please feel free to let us know in advance through the application form.
We will inform the restaurant to prepare a menu for those participants who are on a special food/health regime.
DINNER
Dinners will be served at the Biancaneve Hotel as well, with pretty much the same features of lunch.
Non-alcoholic drinks will be served during lunches.

Descrição: Is it strongly suggested a medical insurance that covers also COVID-19 related expenses and vaccination with one of the vaccines approved by EMA - European Medicines Agency (Comirnaty Pfizer, Spikevax Moderna, Vaxzevria AstraZeneca,
COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen). Strauss APS cannot cover an extra-stay of participants in case of COVID-19 infection. Wearing face mask during activities is mandatory. Strauss will equip the activity room with hand sanitizers, masks and
all necessary to keep the work environment safe.
Becuase the covid-19 situation the group will stay in self-isolation.
HO cannot reimburse PCR or antigen tests.
