Resumo: Lack of empathy is related to aggression, delinquency, and lack of success in private and professional life. Challenges/problems young people face regarding aggression, lack of tolerance, lack of understanding, bullying,
online aggression and bullying, social exclusion, lack of awareness on differences between people and their feelings, lack of humility, lack of emotion self-regulation that are caused because of lack of empathy or low level of empathy.

Because the Covid-19 situation the participant can buy the flight tickets with cancellation option
Objectivos: Within this project we want to gather youth workers and youth leaders working with young people sharing similar interests, having different level of experience and practice to exchange knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes in order to know how to increase the empathy in young people as well as to:
- prepare and test tools, instruments, methods for youth workers and youth leaders that will support them in leading youth for a change
- teach youth workers, partner organisations and young people about empathy
- increase the awareness on importance of building empathy in youngsters
- develop competences of youth workers and youth leaders in facilitating workshops on empathy for young people;
- activate youth workers and youth leaders on local and national level
- build up long-term partnerships between participants and participating norganisations
- stimulate the capacity of participating organisations on local, national and international level
- promote Erasmus Plus Programme and European Union values on local, national, international level

Perfil: The project is designed for youth leaders, teachers, NGO members, NGO employees, NGO co-workers and NGO volunteers
actively involved in life of partner organisations/ actively involved in social and civic life of youth on local, national and European level
Participants selected for the project should be: 18 + and able to effectively communicate and work in English.
We are able to cover up to 50 euro cost of the test per participant for both ways ( the rest should be covered by participant).
Due to the question about covid- we will purchase covid insurance for all participants - it will refund costs of treatments and if needed - also of the quarantine ( if participant is not vaccinated and needs to take a test which will be possitive - we will give support to find place for quarantine. Cost of the accommodation and food should be covered by participant in advance and will be refunded by the insurance comany.)
Descrição: All the sessions are based on non-formal education methods and tools such as: ice breakers, name games, getting-to-know games, team building games, safe building games, preparing presentations, world cafe, brainstorming, preparing posters, mind maps, discussions, daily trios for reflection, NGO Fair trade, simulations, theater, round tables, intercultural presentations, methods from heart coherence and compass manual for human rights education, fish bowl, mindfulness, debriefing, open space, reports on own education process, youthpass key competences reflection, working in international teams, open space, writing a letter, learning by doing, using art.
Besides the main activity - the seminar - project involves also local activities hosted by partnering organisations that will be facilitated by participants of the seminar for local young people they work with. The main aim of the local activities will be to disseminate project results - to use gained and developed knowledge, competences, tools and methods in order to build up the empathy in youth, promote Erasmus+ programme and European Union values.

We provide fresh towels ☺ bed linen, hair dryer.
