Resumo: The planned results of the project will be:
- training course for 26 youth workers and leaders for improving the competences of communicating and working with young people at risk of marginalization
- project webpage which will work as a platform for the exchange of good practices on the work with young people at risk of marginalization
- manual for youth workers/leaders working with youth at risk of marginalization and NEET, which will include information about project, working methods used to help participants to acquire / improve knowledge and skills of working with young people, as well as the non- formal methods shared by participants in the open space session
- European network of organizations active in working with youth at risk of marginalziation
The project aims to produce an impact both at the level of the participants and NEET and young people with the fewer opportunities they are working with, as well as at the level of the partner organizations and of the represented local communities.
ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION
Please bring information (printed information, leaflets, booklets, or any other relevant material, also electronic version to post in the blog page of the created network) about the main activities of your organization to share with other participants in the Youth Exchange. There will be presentation about your organization to the other participants using a computer during the official program.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE IN THE PROJECT
- Assure the preparation of the participants before mobility.
- Prepare an intercultural evening for mobility.
- Prepare at least one non-formal method wich must be shared with other participants.
ABOUT INTERCULTURAL EVENING
The intercultural evening will be the opportunity for participants to show aspects from their
countries but also to learn and to taste the culture of the «others». The participants will try to introduceeach others’ cultures, traditions and will try to speak other's native language at the end of the seminar.
During the project there will be an intercultural evening when you will have the opportunity to share something about your culture with others. You are welcomed to bring specialties from your region or country: food (there will be no possibility to cook food at the hotel, but the possibility to heat food should be checked in advance with the Hosting organization contact person) and drinks for this evening.
Please bring a map, posters, postcards and leaflets to give a picture of where you come from. Please note that, if you bring videos or computer presentations with you, there will be possibility show them during your presentation. You may bring CDs of music, modern or traditional, that you want to play during the intercultural and other evenings. Bringing with you different games to be used during informal moments is not forbidden!
Objectivos: The project activities have been planned to meet the identified needs of the project participants and the partner organizations.
By attending this training course,the participants will acquire specific skills of working with young people and project management. The aim of this project is to facilitate the participants' personal development, to improve their skills of working with young people with fewer opportunities, especially young NEETs, in order to help them to become more open and to
express their opinions and to integrate into the community.
The overall objective of the project is to develop the skills of the youth workers of supporting and counselling the young people with fewer opportunities, and in particular young NEETs, in their social inclusion.
The specific objectives of the project are:
SO1: The training of youth workers and leaders at the level of partner organizations, by acquisition by the participants in the training course, of skills and knowledge needed and basic in the process of supporting young people with fewer opportunities in overcoming the situation of reduced opportunity and social exclusion and integration of them in society.
SO2: The identification by 26 yparticipants of tools and working methods with NEET youth and young people at risk of marginalization, as well as the identification of opportunities to address these young people;
SO3: The acquisition by the 26 participants of theoretical and practical knowledgein the field of the social entepreneurship with the purpose of its promotion amoung young people at risk of marginalization.

Descrição: The main activity of the project is made up of a training course on developing the necessary and useful skills and competences for a young worker / leader, in working with young people with fewer opportunities and NEET youth. The course will have a duration of 8 days and will betrainers experienced in delivering training for youth workers.
