The place that host the reflection of the participants involved in the mobility is Cascina Carla and Bruno Caccia. The farmstead, a few km far from Turin, is a property confiscated to mafia, managed by the association Acmos, that since many years hosts a residential community for young adults that live there to organize and support educational, cultural and social activities. The building also hosts some asylum seekers to demonstrate the possibility of integration and inclusion and has different agricultural products, like hazelnuts, honey and vegetables from the garden. The food production is realized in the channel of Libera Terra and Cascina Caccia is also part of a consortium that collects local organizations of the area with the aim of generating an aware and critial consumption of km 0 high quality products.
The structure, isolated from urban confusion, into a natural environment, will allow the participants to live an extraordinary and deeply communitarian experience. Some of the particularities of the structure will allow the participants not only to enjoy of the natural beauty and the products of the place, but also to try and observe a reality that put particular attention to the topic of food in a perspective of sustainability, inclusion and social justice.

Descrição: The main topics are
1. FOOD AND HEALTH
Health depends a lot on nutrition both in relation to the diet choice, and to the quality of the food. Through the activities we will help the participants to reflect on their food consumption and to learn some tools and suggestions for a healthier consumption. Moreover, as health is strongly related to sport, every day the participants will join a short session of sport activity to keep fit and reflect on the benefits of physical activity for their wellness.

2. FOOD AND ENVIRONMENT
During this historical period, it is clear that the environmental issue is very important, and a topic that has generated a lot of debate and mobilization among young European citizens, and that is strictly related to food consumption. It is definitely important to discuss in order to understand how to face this emergency, with the awareness that a change can happen starting from the daily life and habits, above all related to diet. At the same time a particular attention will be focused on the economic aspects related to food. Not always a higher price means higher quality, but, instead, a lot of products can be made quickly at home, eating well for a lower cost.

3. FOOD AND CULTURE
Food has always been a social tie that keeps together traditions and cultures. In order to build a unique European demos with a social composition permeated of common traditions and habits, becomes fundamental that different cultures meet and discover each other sharing their habits and origins, in order to create, also through food, a great European culture. For this reason, participants will teach to each other recipes from their country and will learn to cook some dishes from young asylum seekers.
The participants will not only be involved in the activities and prepare some sessions (especially country presentations) but will also be involved in a daily work of storytelling. Every day in small groups the participants will realize a short video to tell the day and what they learn to sensibilize young European citizens on the topics of the project.
