Resumo: Volunteering is a tool which provides a respectable contribution to youth employment by helping young people to gain their special and practical skills and basic competencies for better employment. It gives the possibility for youth to be active in democratic life. Different forms of volunteering catch youngsters´ attention and provide alternatives for their active citizenship.
The project aims to address specific needs in volunteer management, recognition and supports the capacity of organizations, which work in the filed of volunteering.
As a 6-days training course "Quality management - Quality volunteering" aspires to bring together
The partner from 8 different countries who will reassess recognition tools within their volunteer management system. This will be achieved by providing to participants theoretical and practical knowledge on volunteer rights based on nonformal learning methods, techical expertise and practice on volunteer management best practices.
Objectivos: • To exchange and transfer knowledge and know-how on volunteer recognition and management
• To improve the level of key competencies, social abilities and digital skills of participants
• To enhance the volunteer management capacity of partner and beneficiary organizations
• To foster quality improvements in youth work
• To promote recognition of volunteering to strengthen links between the youth field and the labor market.
Alojamento: We are going to stay at rural tourism house which is next to Kernave (first Lithuanian capital), which is about 40 km from Vilnius.
Rome types:
quadruple, triple, double rooms, most of them has got showers and WC in the rooms, other rooms has got shared bathroom and WC, and some (little part) has got shower in another building, but WC in the room.

Perfil: - youth specialist who are seeking or willing to improve volunteering project management skills in working in the field of volunteering;
- young migrants and young people with a migrant background who are socially active in Governmental or non govenmental organizations;
- youth specialists /leaders/trainers (who work with volunteers) able to particpate in the whole duration of the training course;
- able to communicate and follow discussions and presentations in the English language.

Descrição: The project aims to address specific needs in volunteer management, recognition and supports the capacity of organizations, which work in the field of volunteering locally and internationally.
Training course will be as well for representatives of organizations among EU countries in order to strengthen the cooperation regions that work with youngsters including with youngsters who face fewer opportunities (rural areas, disabled, cultural social and economic difficulties) under Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme.
