Resumo: The youth NGOs acknowledge that young people who participate in their activities develop also entrepreneurial competences, but very few of them has an explicit objective to deliver those
competences since is not the primary focus of youth work. Moreover, the European youth workers
have mostly social and not business background and they still have the responsibility to bring young people into employment and to provide a safe environment for them to test ideas and gain
entrepreneurial competences through non-formal and informal learning. We've designed the training course YEEH to improve, by the end of 2019, the entrepreneurial competences of 30 European Youth workers through 1 training course based on non-formal education methods and to share with 300 youth workers through 1 collaborative community know-how about creativity, startup ecosystem and best practices in youth entrepreneurship across Europe.
Objectivos: „Y.E.E.H” main aim is to improve, by the beginning of 2020 the entrepreneurial competences and the methods of 30 youth workers through a training course and by launching an online networks with 300 members who share their know-how in entrepreneurial education, creativity, and start—ups ecosystems
“To bring Europe back to growth and higher levels of employment, Europe needs more entrepreneurs”. The youth workers play a critical role in preparing and empowering “The Missing Entrepreneurs” (youngsters rural areas, women, and refugees) to embrace the entrepreneurship path.
During the project „Y.E.E.H”, 10 NGOs focus on developing the competences of their youth workers and the capacity to deliver high-quality entrepreneurial learning to young people
Material Necessário: 1. Bring all travel documents as presented above;

3. Prepare for your country’s cultural evening. Please, try to be fun and creative for this!:) No one likes regular .ppt presentations! Any kind of activities are welcome (e.g. video presentations, dances, songs, games, quizzes, posters, flyers etc.). If you can please
4. Each of you individually has to bring a souvenir (e.g. with your country design, creative, or funny). At the end of the project you will exchange these gifts with one another so that you would have a thing to remember!
5. If you have relevant experience connected to entrepreneurship please let us know beforehand.
