Resumo: The aim of the TC is to:
(1) increase youth workers’ capacity and professional skills in order to help youth boost their personal development and recognise social needs in their local communities; (
2) increase the knowledge and skills of youth workers in the field of social entrepreneurship so they can help youngsters channel their abilities, passion etc. in a socially responsible way.

Perfil: • a committed youth worker in the field of entrepreneurship and/or employment,
• willing to learn new tools and nonformal education methods,
• willing to broaden their horizons about entrepreneurship and apply the knowledge in their organisation,
• willing to see and share good practice examples in social entrepreneurship across Europe,
• committed to participating in the whole training course (including homework before AND dissemination activities after),
• over 18 and able to communicate in English.
