Resumo: Adolescence is presented as a time of change, low emotional stability, in which the acquisition or abandonment of habits depends more on the "fashion" that own decisions. During adolescence is very important nutrition education, support and dietary advice standards and health promotion applied before the introduction of the habits that remain throughout
adulthood.

Prevention, early intervention and support are indispensable in today's youth, during the training course we will provide workers in the field of youth, skills, experiences and methods needed to develop better their work with young, all partners in the project think there is a need for training, learning and retraining for workers in the field of youth.

The main objective of the training is to provide workers in the field of youth with methods, tools and skills on four important areas: Food intolerances and types (celiac, lactose, vegan, vegetarian) Eating disorder (bulimia, anorexia, Diabulimia) Critical and sustainable consumption (Organic gardening, types of consumers) Healthy Lifestyle (activities for healthy living + food pyramid)

Objectivos: 1. To improve skills, methods and tools for workers in the field of youth on intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.
2.Share experiences and knowledge with other European trainers.
3.Give time and space for individual development of the participants.
4.Analyze and exchange realities of the growing problems of youth as intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.
5. Stimulate the exchange of best practices among workers in the field of youth in the countries involved on the project themes.
6. Increase networking and cooperation among the organizations participating in the Erasmus + program.
7.Creation an ebook with results
8.Dissemination and exploitation of the results for the use of other interested actors.

Alojamento: - The Seminar course will be held in Alicante. In the Residence La Florida, individual room with toilet.
- Bed linen are provided by the Residence.

We strongly recommend participants to inform the organisers about any special needs of participants such are dietary, vegetarian or any other kind of special needs.
The first meal include in the project will be 1th September dinner.

Perfil: - The profile of the participants are Youth workers in the field of youth, adults, from member associations (Spain, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria and Greece) who need to improve and acquire skills, abilities and exchange experiences with other youth workers from other European countries on the issues of intolerance and types of Food nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.

- Age +18
- Good English level.
- 2 Participants per country.
