Resumo: The project “BUILD UP YOUR FUTURE” aims to promote unemployed young people's mobility and active participation. During the 11 days the participants are going to exchange experiences and ideas for their current way of rural life and how they can employ themselves inthose rural areas, in order to stay there.

The main tool of this project is the photograph which 'talks'. Every day of this exchange, the young people will learn about cultural diversities, traditions, ways of work and employability in the rural areas, through photographs which represent their views of rural life. During the Youth exchange the participants will take part in variety of intercultural tasks and exercises as well as they will work in mix intercultural teams on group photo exhibition “How can I employ myself in my rural area?”, which will be presented by themselves and will be used by all involved organizations for raising cultural awareness all around Europe.

This Youth exchange will be based on the concept of highly participatory non-formal learning. The expected project outcome foresees promotion of art in rural area and interaction between young participants and local community through photography. As a result of this project outcome, we are going to invite young people from the local community who are unemployed and we are going to present them the photo exhibition taken by the participants and in that way they will be able to exchange experiences and ideas. With this project we want to help young socially-excluded people from the rural areas, in order to improve their inclusion, cultural knowledge for
other nations and gain ideas for better life in the rural areas.

Objectivos: “My way for making the future – wonderful job” is a project which deals with the unemployment issue of the young people. We decided to make a project which will help young socially-excluded people from the rural areas improve their way of life and to find ways for self-employment.

Participants in this project will learn about each other’s cultures, i.e. cultural diversities, learn about Europe and how the problem may have the same solution in their countries. They will also get ideas and opportunities for self-employment through the art and culture by looking at the photos taken by the other participants.

After that, the young people from the rural areas will get new ideas and ways to take advantage of everything in their environment, so they can create small business and fight unemployment. With the active participation in workshops, actions and free time in this project we are sure that each participant will be socially included and they will open themselves and will be more accepted by the other participants and the local
community. The project foresees involvement of young people with economic, geographical obstacles or mobility limitations, and lack of international experience.

The youth exchange will provide a special opportunity and big achievements for those young participants from the rural areas.
