Resumo: YOUR IS MY FUTURE project is a European exchange of multilateral
character that we will participate 52 young people, aged between 18 and 25 years, from 8 countries: Romania – Portugal – Lithuania- Italy – Croatia – Czech Republik – Bulgary – Spain.

Youth exchange will developed in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, and we will visit Madrid and Segovia cities.

The main theme that we will address is the youth employment and employability. In addition, we will work in parallel and as support, the importance of the development of sports activities in nature, like teaching
effort, cooperation and teamwork.

Objectivos: The main aim of the Exchange is that participants acquire the skills needed to improve our personal development and employability in the European labour market; relying on the culture of effort and teamwork that the sports
activities in the natural environment.

Aims:

- Find and discuss alternatives to youth unemployment we could find as youth and youth organizations
- Contribute to the development of global consciousness (our and our associative environments), about the importance of overcoming social prejudices in the European region in relation to employability.
- Improve personal development in relation to capability of being hired.
- Learn and develop skills to work in partnership with other youth
- Discover, learn and apply (digital and visual) technological tools for youth work
- Share, by developing activities on the cultures in the exchange, important aspects of our European identity, to learn from each other
- Establish a forum for exchange of views, open to debate and the proposal, both physical (during exchange) and digital (after exchange), leveraging social networks.
- Share and learn from each other, about the social work we do in our towns
- Expand the themes worked into the collective
- Develop skills for work and project development

Alojamento: Fuentenueva Youth Hostel:
This is a very nice place, comfortable and with all the necessary for the optimal project development. It should be
noted, that there isn't a hotel. We must to keep clean the spaces and meet the standards. It’s also important to make clear that we will sleep in two common bedrooms.

Descrição: The purpose of the project, is working together on the current situation of youth unemployment, We’ll discover and work together on ideas and proposals with which the young participants and the present entities will increase its own competency, promoting tools in favour of the construction of a route (employment, training, volunteering) in each local situation, generating proposals.
The Exchange will have as resources the following activities: exhibition sessions, visit to institutions, rol plays, workshops, round tables, games, dynamics, sample, display specific activities, cultural visits, culture of each country, trekking route, sports activities, entertainment activities and other proposals for future work in network on the subject of the fight against youth unemployment and sports in contact with nature.

The Exchange will take place 06-15 March 2015, in Madrid-El Escorial, also resulting scenarios in the cities of Madrid and Segovia, in which we will carry out dissemination actions of the subject of the Exchange by signing the manifesto for support and other activities of calls of attention- diffusion - visualization of the subject, project and program.

Non-Formal education, will be made manifest in educational and personal development purposes, linking them to the
subject of the fight against youth unemployment and for employability. The impact of the project, we think that will be got through the creation of a set of past, present and future experiences collected in the Blog and three spots, products that will promote the active struggle for awareness in relatin to unemployment, especially the youth, to serve as display and proposal of work to promote the inclusion of young people in the labour market and employability.
These finished products, spots-blog aim to contribute to the search for solutions and experiences, on the conception of the project, both, in the medium and long term and will be distributed at each source by the
participants, as a resource for the dissemination of results obtained from the Exchange YOUR IS MY FUTURE and the Erasmus program in general.

Material Necessário: Each group has to prepare some activities to develop during exchange:

- Icebreaker games. This activity will be in charge of one country group each day
- Presentation of your association
- Presentation about your country (to develop during typical night)
- Typical night (you have to teach something about your region: dance, music, game, etc. as you prefer)

We will have a little trekking close to the hostel so it’s very important to have adequate clothing to do it ( comfortable clothing and shoes)
