Resumo: Future Capital is a cooperative project developed by two former partners in youth projects, with the assistance of an association from Uruguay, all three being irganizations with vast experience in international mobility and language learning. The project will begin in October 2014 and will end in March 2016 and aims at developing the cooperation between NGO's in Romania, Portugal and Uruguay, especialli in the fields of communication and foreign language learning, but also in IT related topics.

The partners will develop a support platform and related deliverables related to the "Communicative at your best!" topic.
The resources will be available for youngsters and youth workers in Europe and Latin America , providing support for trans-Atlantic cooperation in the field youth.

The innovative approach is based on:
- The Uruguay - Romania - Portugal cooperation
- The development of non-formal methods and techniques for promoting learning of foreign languages
- The platform which will serve as a tool for developing new partnership between EU and Uruguay
- New and Innovative tools for management of youth projects
- The input the partner from Uruguay will provide for adapting the outputs to the needs of youngsters in the country

The general approach will simulate creativity, innovation and large-scale usage of IT&C.

The activities will be both on-line and direct, aiming at training youth workers, providing mobility opportunities (in EVS stages)and insuring a good dissemination of results. Moreover, the project includes a intercultural dimension, providing ways to explore how EU is built and opening the participants for intercultural learning and lifelong learning.



The motivation to realize the project is based on the following arguments:

-the project opens the prospect of structured cooperation in programmes of cooperation in the youth field between organizations in Romania, and Uruguay Poriugalia
-the project will determine the growth and professionalization of work capacity the organizations involved directly or indirectly in the project
-exploits topics of prime interest at european and global level: language skills development and protection digitisation of learning (competent lT)
-allows the use of good practices that will be transferred and integrated into non-formal education programmes with young people in the EU and South America
-respond to the needs identified by the promoters, the needs of internationalization of the activities and piloting of one partnership that aims for long-term cooperation

Descrição: After this seminar, will happen some more activities included in the project:


A2. 1 IAN.2014 – 30. APR.2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA): Activities to develop a "T-KIT" that contains methods, tools, techniques, support materials, a curriculum / design for the formation of transversal skills of communication, including the necessary ICT development scheme "Communicate at your best" . Participants: three youth workers from Romania, with remote support from the many three youth workers from partner organizations in Portugal and Uruguay. Methods: research, consultations, studies, surveys, development resources Communication written / oral / language learning strategies, language learning resources, etc. These "activities" are framed in the form of "dating" ("Meetings") of youth workers involved in developing intellectual outputs "so they can be stored as well teaching the Programme Guide.

A3. 10-23 MAI 2015 (OEIRAS/PORTUGAL): The formation of transversal skills of communication, including through ICT "Communicate at your best." Participants: 12persoane, each four youth workers representatives each partener.Metode: daily agenda developed under the first project meeting.

A4. 1MARTIE -30MAI 2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA):
Development activities is multifunctional trans-platform "Communicate at your best". Participants: three youth workers from Romania, with remote support from the many three youth workers from partner organizations in Portugal and Uruguay. Methods: articles written, photo reportages; interviews, resource center, e-surveys, best practice presentations, community blogs, how to e-applications etc. These "activities" are framed in the form of "dating" ("Meetings") of youth workers involved in developing intellectual outputs "so they can be stored as
better frameworks of the Programme Guide.

A5. 01-02IUN 2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA): Press Conference to launch the e-platform Multi transfegionale "communicated at your besf '. Participants: three youth workers from Romania, (each participating skype connection one youth worker from Portugal and Uruguay + 20 repzentanti media. Methods: interactive presentations, interviews, press releases, discussion facility.

A6. 1 IUN – 6 SEPTEMBER 2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA): Moblie EVS Youth.Participants :8 young people from Uruguay 8 Portugal.

A7. 1 IUN-30 SEPT 2015 (MONTEVIDEO/URUGUAY): Moblie EVS Youth. Participants :4 young people from Portugal, 8 Romania. Methods: interactive presentations, interviews, press releases, discussion facility.

A8. 10 -14 OCT.2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA):Evaluation seminar of the project. Participants: 12persons, each four youth workers representatives of each partner. Methods: Workshops evaluation / reflection, interactive presentations, discussions faciliiate, Sudi case; dyads / triads; Hugging feedback; "Fair Practice and learning lessons" etc.

A9. 20-27 NOV 2015 (ARAD/ROMANIA): Campaign to disseminate the project results and follow-up release component "Press at your best" national. Participants: 200 persons (representatives of partner organizations, youth workers, youth, media representatives. Contests, promote language learning by using "Press at your best".

A10. 20-27 NOV 2015 (PORTUGAL,OEIRAS): Campaign to disseminate the project results and follow-up release component "Press at your best" national. Participants: 200 persons (representatives of partner organizations, youth workers, youth, media representatives. Contests, promote language learning by using "Press at your best".

A11. 20-27 NOV 2015 (URUGUAY/MONTEVIDEO): Campaign to disseminate the project results and follow-up release component "Press at your best" national.
