Resumo: "Jóvenes emprendedores para el cambio" is an international training course under the Key Action 1 of the Erasmus+
Program on topic of social change and entrepreneurship.
Objectivos: *) To explore the principles of youth entrepreneurship and the ways which they could be applied
*) To build up entrepreneurial competences of participants in view of improvement of their capacity for creation
of sustainable social initiatives as key elements of the work in the youth field
*) To practice tools in relevant areas of management in order to plan actions for sustainable future development
of participants at different levels
- personal and professional level (as entrepreneurs and active civil society members,
- organisational level (to ensure local initiatives in the youth field) and at international level (via future
joint transnational actions and entrepreneurial projects)
*) To develop creativity, innovation and teamwork capacity of participants, their sense of initiative, as well
as their understanding of how to be good learners
*)To explore the concept of entrepreneurship through relevant examples of successful entrepreneurs to serve
as role models and to see how it applies to the participants and their organizations
*) To assess best practices and common pitfalls in the field of entrepreneurship
Alojamento: Participants will be put up in the Hostel J.M.Batista i Roca,El Masnou in shared rooms of and 3 or 4 beds.
All meals are covered by the project from the first dinner the 18th until 25th morning.
Meals on travel days will be managed separately by participants due to different arrival times of all participants.
Perfil: There is no age limit, but preferably under 35 years old.
Participants should be social workers or volunteers who are motivated in connection with partner organizations
for a long time and have proved their commitment to the same.
Participats must be willing to exert multiplier results and implement them in their local communities.

Descrição: The training course will last 7 days and will be held in El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain.
The project involves 26 participants from 7 different countries (France, Italy, Bulgaria, Rumania, Poland, Portugal and Spain).
Each partner organization will send three participants,including 8 participants with fewer opportunities
due to their economic, geographic or personal situation.
The trainers will give to participants tools to deepend their own possibilities and exploit strengths to become
changemakers using their own ideas.
An atmosphere of trust and relax will be created during the training to work in a comfortable space.

- Specialities of your country for intercultural dinner
- Sleeping bags and flip flops
- Swim suit in case you wanna enjoy the beach ;)
Due to the program design we strongly recommend you to bring your own laptop in order to be able to work with
it. We will use it for some workshops when you will learn how to start your own website or create the logo for
your business idea.In case you do not have your laptop with yourself, we will work in pairs but the perfect situation would be that you will be able to bring it with yourself.
We will have an NGO fair, for that it’s important that you will bring info from your organizations in order to
explain where you come from and your relationship with the NGO.
For the intercultural night we will ask you to work without laptops and create your own presentation for the
rest of the group using no Power Point presentations.
