Objectivos: Project aim: To improve the level of key competences and skills of youngsters, such as digital skills, entrepreneurship, intercultural awareness and communication, by using various types of non-formal instruments, in order to be suitable for the labor market.
Project objectives:
O.1 – Increasing the number of youth workers who are using non-formal instruments for guiding youngsters towards the labor market.
O.2 – Developing key competences for 35 participants (4 youngsters+1 group leader) in order to form suitable youngsters for the labor market, related to employability and entrepreneurship.
O.3 – Raising the level of the organizational capacity by training competent youth workers.
O.4 – Creating opportunities of employability using non-formal methods.
O.5 – Developing ICT basic competences of the target group, subservient in the entrepreneurship and employability area.
O.6 – Raising the intercultural awareness in order to enhance the intercultural dialogue, and to consolidate a global education based on diversity.
Perfil: Creative youngsters aged between 16-24 years , motivated to develop employment skills, willing to gain knowledge and to self-develop.

Descrição: RISE-Research and Inclusion for Sustainable Employability is a multicultural project which includes a training course and a youth exchange, having a partnership of 7 countries manifesting problems in the employability area: Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Romania, Spain and Portugal. The first stage of the project, the training course, involves a number of 21 youth workers over 18 years, and it will take place during 7 days of activities in Ramnicu Sarat, RomaniA.
The project will continue with a youth exchange, also implemented in Ramnicu Sarat, having 28 participants aged between 16-24 years, accompanied by 7 group leaders, between 19 July- 27 July 2015.
Activities and methods to be used in youth exchange: ice-breakers, get to know each-other games, workshops on different creation areas (music, photography, handmade, gastronomy, ICT competences, project management), forum theatre, photo voice, interactive presentations, free discussions, speed dating.
