Resumo: Training on positive approaches and solution focused coaching and practical communication training for youth workers, social workers, teachers and educators to enable the integration of young unemployed and / or young people facing social exclusion.
Participants from Luxemburg, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Portugal and Italy.

Objectivos: - To provide youth organisations with an understanding of the concept and practice of coaching;
- Promoting employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship, contributing to integration of young unemployed and / or young people facing social exclusion; - Promoting coaching as a methodology for personal development and job search; - Apply the methodology of coaching on social intervention and community development.
- To create an environment that would favour the development of Learning projects and cooperation using coaching method.

Descrição: Methods:
Group work, debates, open space, workshops, role-play, simulations, reflections, games, intercultural exercises, creative thinking exercises and study visits.
