Resumo: Quality mentorship – training course enables mentors from different countries to develop their work as mentors as well give them new strength and confidence to work as a mentor. This is done by a process of dialogical process consultation what has been one of the most effective ways to develop working problems and themes in Finland.

The meeting will bring around 30 participants, from EVS-organisations as well as NAs'
officers (representatives of the National Agencies of the Youth in Action programme).

Objectivos: Main objectives and themes of the training are created with participants in the beginning of the course.
Possible objectives:
o to develop participants everyday working conditions
o to encourage participants to share their experiences about their everyday work
o to share possible tools and methods for EVS – mentoring
o to establish contacts between EVS – mentors and to create partnerships
o to create a co-operative atmosphere where new things can be created
o to inspire participants to share the acquirements from the training with other mentors back in their home countries
o to develop mentor’s competences
o to define their role as mentors
o to give participants new perspectives to their work
o to inspire participants to work as mentors

Alojamento: The meeting will take place in: TRAINING CENTRE SOPUKKA which is 20 km from Helsinki-
Vantaa airport.
