Resumo: The project is focused on the importance of street art and circus as educational tool and intercultural mean.

Each delegation will be formed by four young people dealing with artistic performances up to 25 years old and a youth leader (no age limit).
The municipality will provide for travel and accommodation for seven nights (from sunday 22 to sunday morning 29).
All participants will guest in a B&B providing them adequate foodstuff.

The exchange is based on performing arts and circus and foresees: a pubblic conference at the beginning of the week launching the september of youth creativity and showing the different activities, a street parade, laboratories and visits at schools, a main event at the end of the week where different artists coming from Southern Italy will perform together with the delegations

Objectivos: Objective of exchange is to develop and support the creativity of young people and their artistic expression through training activities, exchange of best practices, experiences and know-how and through the creation of spaces accessible to all, in which to express themselves publicly through their art (the Festival-youth Initiative).

Descrição: The tools and the framework of the YE are: the theater, the circus, the dramatization and artistic characterization, clowning.

youth exchange:
- sharing the experience of young people of each delegation
- each group will speak of themselves through small performance (with theater, circus, dramatization and artistic characterization, clowning).
- Laboratories between groups and exchange of techniques and tools
