Resumo: The purpose of this 3.1 seminar is to share new alternatives methods of Visibility, Dissemination and Exploitation of "Youth in Action" program projects results. Under a dynamic and participatory non-formal learning methodology, the seminar intends to exchange, ease and improve the good practices, resources, tools and materials in Visibility, Dissemination and Exploitation of results from participating organizations that work in youth in action projects.

Objectivos: -Provide a meeting space for reflection, through non-formal learning methodology, of new alternative ways of Visibility, Dissemination and Exploitation of Youth in Action developed projects results.
-Promote the exchange of good practices, resources, tools, materials and any other experiences that led to improve the Visibility, Dissemination and Exploitation of Youth in Action developed projects results.
-Evaluate, improve and share content and methodologies used in Youth in Action developed projects presented on the seminar. It also aims to be a forum for the exchange of any other best practices, dynamics, tools and materials about any other Youth in Action project phase that could be relevant for the ones worked on the seminar.
-Collect best practices and strategies for Visibility, Dissemination and Exploitation of Youth in Action projects results among participants with the aim to create a Good Practice Vademecum young people within the program "Youth in Action" as a result of a participatory process of formation.
- Promote cooperation and networking between institutions from different countries.
- Provide intercultural coexistence experience among the participants as an opportunity to learn more from other cultures.

Perfil: - All the participants must be over 18 years old. No top age limit.

Descrição: Rules for all Seminar’s participants

It has to be every volunteer’s responsibility to care about his own health and safety to the maximum, as much as the rest of the participant’s one.

All the participants ought:
• Don’t take unnecessary risks.
It is completely forbidden the intake and/or selling of any kind of drugs and alcohol during the Seminar. Smoking is forbidden in the hostel.
The possession and/or use of weapons are forbidden in any case.
• Respect the safety rules and other instructions established by the organization and the leaders.
The personal hygiene has to be correct as much as the hostel and surrounding spaces and environments used during the Seminar.
The established timetable and programme ought to be respected to the maximum following the directions of the leaders.
• Show all the respect to the local habits and dressing way (body language, male/female roles…)
• Don’t take part in anything that can be considered dangerous for yourself or other members of the organization.
• Give to your leader all the information about your emotional, psychical and physical health (Details about your medical condition: allergies, dietetic special needs...) that could be relevant for the project.
In particular:
• Give the proper use to the engines and tools that could be used.
• Don’t unplug, remove or change the placement of any of the safety installed pieces.
• Inform immediately the project’s responsible person when certain situation represents a serious and immediate danger for the health and safety of the group.
• Cooperate with the responsible person and the other volunteers or workers to preserve the common health and safety.
