The youngsters will undergo a non formal process of intercultural and concrete learning with the main aim of promoting gender balance in the decision-making places and social inclusion of unemployed young people: an opportunity to look at own life and culture and to the limitations that gender roles creates for own development.

The final result is to organize an artistic exhibition to promote gender balance, using different forms of media to compare and contrast the ways in which female stereotyping negatively affects girls and women, especially in decision-making places. The resulting artistic exhibition of male and female portraits will illustrate how these stereotypical images affect the way in which young people relate to girls and women in our society and the social-economical outcomes.
