Resumo: The youth exchange “Happy Bus” is about promoting Europe through street art, music, street performances. We will be driving through different communities in a big bus and will be performing for locals.
40 young people from eight different countries (Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Italy, Poland, Portugal
and Estonia) will come together in Dilijan, Armenia to promote Europe through street art, music and street performances. Youth Exchange "Happy Bus" will have a base in Dilijan and will drive in three directions 1towards three other towns near Dilijan to perform for locals and also to spread information about different
programs and projects that European Union is implementing in Armenia and in other promoters' countries.
Overall the participants will have three performances colored with different games, quizzes, competitions, etc.
For this we have set the following objectives:
- To make sure that the actual exchange of ideas, experiences and realities took place among participants of the exchange
- To create a space where young people from different countries will bring color to the local daily routine
- To support the development of their common European identity.
- To help youth to understand and embrace the idea of common Europe
- To have a strong local impact by involving young people from the local neighborhood
- To encourage their active participation in decision making and shaping processes
- To make the efforts of European Commission visible in the Armenian regions
- To inspire local youth to be engaged in similar youth activities and to learn about Youth in Action
programm.
Youth Exchange "Happy Bus" will last nine days and will be held from 26 September to 5 October 2013.
Alojamento: The accomodation will be in a hotel.
There will be two or three persons of same sex in each room. In the rooms you will have towels and bed
linen. There are toilets and showers in the rooms.
Organizers will provide participants with three times food per day and two coffee breaks.

special need.
Perfil: - Young people age 18-25
- 4 participants plus one leader (the leader can be over 25)
- Street artists, musicians, janglers, street performers, entertainers, youth leaders, volunteers, etc.
- Legal residents of one of the partner countries.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.

- Creative presentation of the role of EU in the life of your country.
- Games which you can play with local children during the performances.
- Music, pictures, drinks and food that you consider representative for your culture for the
international evening.
- (optional) Information about your organizations, we will have an info corner where you can share the
info about your NGOs.
- Warm clothes and comfortable shoes
- DON’T FOGET YOUR PASSPORTS. Armenia is not yet in EU so please don’t forget to take your passports with you while traveling.
- Health insurance: please note that the organizers will not cover your health insurance and it is completely under your responsibility.
- good mood and creativity
The weather in Dilijan is going to be from +14C’ at night to +25C’ during the day. Possible rain.
Dilijan is situated 1500 meters above sea level and it is surrounded by forests and mountains, so please make
sure to pack also comfortable shoes.
